Teen Improv Intensive

A 3 day intensive built around engaging exercises and games that build Improv and communication skills. Designed for students willing to focus on creative collaboration and original comedy. Appropriate for all levels. Performance on final day.

Teen Sketch Intensive

Ages 12 to 17. Create, perform, and produce original sketch comedy using a combined Writer’s Room approach with Improvised characters and scenes. Designed for students willing to focus on collaborative creation and original comedy. Serious. Fun. Seriously fun. Performance on the final day.

Monday, 8/10 — Wednesday, 8/12 | 1pm — 4pm

Teen Improv: Finding the Game

Ages 12 to 17. Improv depends on listening to one another and saying “Yes!’ to one another’s ideas. But to create funnier scenes and more developed characters, we look for the unusual thing and heighten it. We call this “finding the game.” This week, we begin with Improv basics but focus on identifying and heightening the comedy in what’s already there. All levels welcome. Performance on the final day.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary.

  • Two weeks or more before the start of camp  – Credit for another camp or class or refund minus $50 admin fee.
  • Less than two weeks – A credit for the cost of the camp minus a $50 admin fee or refund of half the price paid.
  • After the start of camp – For documented emergencies only – Half of fee in credit for another camp or class or prorated refunds minus $50 admin fee.

All Cancellations should be in writing – email is preferred.
